I watched my dad build his business from the ground up – A little H.V.A.C. company that started in our spare room and evolved into its own building. I remember skipping around school telling everyone how cool my dad was because he was the owner of his business (in one case this resulted in a not-so-friendly chat with a teacher – Other dads are cool too).

Seven-year-old me knew as sure as the sky is blue that I was meant to own my own business too. Fast forward fourteen years to me in New York celebrating my best friend’s 21st birthday and taking full advantage of all the photo ops. It was at this moment that I truly fell in love with the art of photography. Upon our return home, my husband surprised me with a little graduation gift – my very first camera.

I found myself searching for people who needed help documneting the special moments in their lives. As a recent bride who handled the process of planning a wedding and all the photos involved, I fell in love with how much of our lives were being documented. I love looking back at my photos to relive our engagement, wearing my dress for the first time, and our wedding day! Not only did being a bride teach me the value of creating and caputring memories, it also taught me so much about what my clients expectations are and has helped me craft an amazing experience for each session I photograph.

My goal for each and every session is to reduce the overwhelm and maximize the fun! I keep you feeling comfortable in front of the camera and capture authentic images that you’ll be obsessing over for years to come.
